Fertility specialist with experience in reproductive medicine, fertility preservation, and minimally invasive gynaecologic surgery.
Dr. Marinella Abat is a Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist and Fertility Specialist with more than 20 years of experience in reproductive medicine, infertility, and women’s health. Her clinical interests include reproductive endocrinology and infertility, minimally invasive gynaecologic surgery, fertility preservation, and obstetrics and gynaecology ultrasound.
 
She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree in the Philippines and completed fellowship training in infertility and reproductive endocrinology. She further pursued advanced training in reproductive medicine, assisted reproductive technologies, fertility preservation, and laparoscopic surgery through institutions in the Philippines, Singapore, and Australia.
 
Dr. Abat has held leadership positions in several national and international organisations dedicated to reproductive medicine and women’s health, including serving as President of the Philippine Society of Reproductive Medicine. She has also been actively involved in initiatives focused on fertility preservation, adolescent gynaecology, gynaecologic endoscopy, and women’s midlife health.
